Artist's Comments

Have you ever felt like you've been drowning in a painting?

When I've been painting this I felt like I was inside it all the time. Originally it's huge, even thogh the main figures are small.

The black spot on the cliff is actually a person. In fact, It's one of my paintings.
It's the girl with the cello from "Bold Black".

I've been picturing her like this for some time after I finished the "Black Cello". And today I decided to paint a seascape.

That's the close-up:[link]

Took me about 3 hours to finish this painting :)

Photoshop elements + Adesso tablet.

Expecting tons of comments :)

Alisa.

Beautiful, the hint of the storm and the semblance of a sea dragon in the clouds is marvelous
:iconalissia:
Really? You can see a dragon in the clouds? cool, I didn't mean to do that, lol.
Thank you very much for all the favs!

Directly under the figure, starting in the wave and then up into the clouds I see a dragon shape....then again, I did this all the time as a little girl so..................
