Hello,
It's been a while since my last drawing - took a small break, but here I am, back and alive (sami-sane) and ready to draw again :)

So, this is my last piece - the sea spirit awakening after a long slumber.
I made the hands ghost-like because it's not fully awakened yet, so it will take some time for her to stretch and become powerful. I wanted to show motion of it's hands so it would kinda look more like alive........

Anyways, took me 4 hours, Photoshop.

extraordinary! I love the earthy, watery greenish tones this picture has. It is simply breathtakingly beautiful. The motion and effect adds a dreamy, ethereal air to the picture that is absolutely lovely. The wispy, floating hair was pulled off quite well also. And not to mention the gorgeous detail on the shell and the foggy glow you added around to the lines. Every little detail practically seeps into me, it's so powerful =]
